FreshPax®
Oxygen, although vital for life, is detrimental to many food products. When given free rein in the product packaging, it can accelerate rancidity, color change, and loss of nutritional value. FreshPax® Oxygen Absorbing Packets are one of Multisorb’s most popular Drop-In solutions for absorbing oxygen. FreshPax® packets have been proven to extend the shelf life of oxygen-sensitive products, resulting in the reduction of preservatives and the retention of flavors, color, aroma, and quality.
Multisorb will be displaying the FreshPax® System. As part of a systems approach, FreshPax® is combined with Multisorb’s APA-1000 FreshPax® Dispenser. The APA-1000 dispenses up to 70 packets per minute. Higher speeds models are also available.
FreshCard™
FreshCard™ is the Fit-In solution for controlling oxygen and retarding product degradation. FreshCard™ is a revolutionary oxygen absorber with the active material embedded in a flat profile card. And as a multifunctional marvel, FreshCard™ doubles as a support card that can be printed on both sides in up to four colors.
The FreshCard™ System, comprised of FreshCard™ and Multisorb’s APA-5000 FreshCard™ Dispenser, will also be on display. The APA-5000 dispenser uses stacked feeding and dispenses at a rate of up to 200 cards per minute.
