Interfaces for different packaging lines
Multisorb Technologies has introduced versatile machine interfaces as an option that enables our dispensing machines to insert packets into a variety of packaging lines, including overwrap pouches, stand-up pouches and thermoform trays.
Our machines can place packets in multiple packages at the same time.
One of the most attractive features of the interface is the rapid changeover ability. The machines can be quickly switched from one thermoform configuration to another, giving you great flexibility. The changeover can be accomplished in minutes.
Other options include:
- Vacuum pick-and-place unit for precise placement of packets into packaging.
- Remote spool unwinder with gas purge capability to prevent packets from exposure to moisture and oxygen
- Splicing station to provide uninterrupted operation
- Bottle indexing systems
- Heated controls for low temperature applications
