FAQ's
My needs are not that sophisticated or complex. Does Multisorb offer a system that will satisfy my needs and budget constraints?
Yes. Our objective is to provide joint success with the best possible utilization of machine technology. Line speed, the extent of automation/integration, operating environment, etc. all play a part in selecting the most cost-effective system for our customers.
We're not experts in machinery. Can the Multisorb Dispensing Group integrate its dispenser into our existing line or our proposed line?
Yes. Systems experience for your application is one of our many strengths. We are very knowledgeable about the types of machines that are typically upstream and downstream from our dispensers. We have in-house expertise that enables our machinery to communicate effectively with the other elements of your production line. We also work seamlessly with the primary contractor of your choice if you decide to select one integrator for a new packaging line as opposed to working with many OEMs.
I can't find a dispensing system that meets my needs exactly. Do you manufacture custom dispensers?
Yes. The ability to tackle non-standard applications is the cornerstone of our business. Through the use of creative ideas and innovative design, we are always ready to accept new challenges. We aim to be flexible and always have our customer's wishes uppermost in our minds.
I am concerned about purchasing a system that has some unique features for my application. Can I see a demonstration?
Yes. Packaging machinery is expensive enough as it is. It becomes even more costly if it doesn't function according to precise requirements. We have a showroom for demonstrating stock machinery as well as for demonstrating unique applications with the customer's product packaging. Seeing is believing. We encourage your visit to our manufacturing facility so we can demonstrate the results you can expect.
What happens if our needs change during the course of our project?
We understand that needs can change, especially for new, complex packaging lines. Hence, we facilitate continuous communication throughout the machine building phase with the end-user and any pertinent subcontractors and/or integrators. No detail is small enough to ignore.
Is it possible to use one dispensing system on multiple lines?
Yes. Equipment portability and rapid changeover permit the use of our dispensing systems on multiple lines with various products.
In addition to your quality control testing, can we test/evaluate the machine at your facility prior to shipment?
Yes. We expect and suggest that rigorous factory acceptance testing (agreed to well in advance) be completed to the customer's satisfaction prior to shipment.
Do you lease dispensing systems?
Yes. Many organizations realize that income is not generated from the ownership of the machinery; it is generated by the use of it. We can lease equipment so that you can utilize cash to invest in appreciating assets, not depreciating assets.
I don't really know what options are best suited for my needs. Can you provide assistance?
Yes. Standard or custom machinery recommendations are based on your requirements, keeping in mind both project timetables and budget constraints. We understand that return on investment is an essential statistic for many end-users.
Can other company's desiccant or oxygen scavengers be run on Multisorb's machinery?
No, our machinery and packets are designed to be used together as a system. Use of other company's packets delivers sub-optimal performance and is not supported by Multisorb. Please call us about any concerns this may raise. We have programs to assure you that the Multisorb solution will provide optimal performance in a mutually satisfactory relationship.
We want to emphasize that machines and packets are just part of what we do. We are looking for long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
