Unique self-aligning auto start
- The operator simply feeds the packet strip into the machine and it automatically aligns packets for accurate cutting and dispensing. Dispenser compares packet length to a recipe selected on operator interface to ensure correct packet and recipe have been selected.
Positive index belt-drive feed
- Pulls packets through two belts, with a large surface area in contact with the StripPax.
- Provides consistent and accurate indexing and cutting.
Packet length verification
- After each index of the StripPax, prior to actuating the cutting cycle, a check of the index is performed.
- Verifies that the index distance is within the tolerance limits established for the StripPax being used.
- Provides for exact positioning accuracy.
- No variation in cutting experienced as is the case with DC motors and clutch-brakes.
