Multisorb has introduced a greatly expanded line of its popular Multiforms® Compressed Sorbents for use in a wide variety of applications including medical diagnostic, pharmaceutical and electronics packaging. These are now available in a wide range of shapes, with molecular sieve, silica gel, indicating silica gel or activated carbon desiccant media to meet specific application needs.
Multiforms Compressed Sorbents are the ideal desiccant solution when no other sorbent will fit. They can take the shape of rings, cups, ferrules, bushings, sleeves and more to act as a mechanical component for the product or packaging being protected.

Mini Multiforms Compressed Sorbents
Mini Multiforms Compressed Sorbents provide a superior alternative to molecular sieve beads for medical diagnostic and other packaging applications. Unlike molecular sieve beads, Skavenger® Mini Multiforms are more uniform in size and shape resulting in a more consistent adsorption rate and capacity, and better operation in automated feed systems. The mini Multiforms can be surface treated to control adsorption rates and potentially reduce dusting.
Silica Gel Multiforms Compressed Sorbents
Provide the versatility of a Multiforms Compressed Sorbent with FDA acceptable silica gel for use in a wide variety of applications, including medical diagnostic and pharmaceutical packaging. These products can adsorb up to 30% of their weight for efficient, long-lasting moisture control and extended product shelf life.
