MULTISORB TECHNOLOGIES CONSOLIDATING UK OPERATIONS INTO A SINGLE STATE-OF-THE-ART FACILITY

Multisorb Technologies is pleased to announce that we will be consolidating UK operations in Warrington and Telford into a single, state-of-the-art facility similar to our operations in Buffalo, New York (USA). The new facility will be located in Telford.  Our goal is to be operating in the new facility by November 1, 2008.

The facility is designed to be cGMP-compliant and meet the stringent requirements for the healthcare, food/beverage, and electronics industries. It will also provide the opportunity make us more efficient and improve our service to our customers.

As you are aware, Multisorb Technologies is the world leader in active packaging technology and this new facility is another step in our continuing efforts to provide leadership, innovation, and solutions to the markets we serve.

For our customers receiving products manufactured in our current Warrington and Telford facilities, this courtesy notification will be followed by a formal quality/regulatory notice per our formal customer notification processes and pursuant to local regulations.  Current customers can be assured that our formal notice will be provided in a manner by which we can attempt to meet your change notification requirements.
